Last friday, Lan Choo, Baby and Yin Cheng came my house for making some chocolates and fruity cheesecake. We planned to make the fruity cheesecake by following the recipe which find by Baby. Unfortunately, we had failed to make the sponge cake of the fruity cheesecake for three times. Arrggg! The first time i failed so many times. It totally wasted my time and the ingredients. I think that the recipes have some problem. It doesn't show the steps clearly.
But Lan Choo they said that the "sponge cake" not bad, i not dare to eat already, because the "sponge cake"'s colour was damn disgusting. Thus, i used the chocolates biscuits to replace the "sponge cake". I most like the cheese for the cake, it made of oranges flavor.
The chocolates are the most successful. We made it to different alphabets, shells and sea creatures. The shapes are quite great. But the chocolates have already made us falling sick now. Now i'm really suffered from throat pain and cough because of those dark chocolates.
The next few days, i bought it to school, and Lan Choo, Baby, and others praised the cake is delicious. But i not dare to taste it, the first time i made a cheesecake with buddies but i afraid to taste. It's a quite weird, fearful cheesecake to me.
